This page is written to match the site as it actually operates, and is kept updated as the site changes. It is not legal advice, has not been reviewed by an attorney, and makes no certification or compliance claim. Anything not yet decided is listed openly at the bottom of the page rather than stated as if it were settled.
Sk8erz Library Shop is the retailer, and merch purchases are completed on the Sk8erz hosted storefront. This page explains where a return or refund is handled.
Merch orders
Sk8erz merch will be bought on the Sk8erz-owned hosted storefront at https://sk8erz-library-shop.fourthwall.com. That storefront is not open to the public yet, so there are no merch orders to return today. Because that storefront takes the payment and ships the order, its own returns, refunds and cancellation process applies to those purchases, along with whatever consumer rights apply where you live. Sk8erz does not state a separate return window, restocking fee, delivery guarantee or warranty here, because none has been approved.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, start with the order confirmation from that storefront, which contains the order reference needed to resolve it.
Boards
Board Shop items are not orderable yet, so there is nothing to return. No board warranty, guarantee, delivery time or refund term is offered.
Membership
Library membership is free and costs $0, so there is no subscription to cancel and nothing to refund.
Contact
Questions about an order should come from the adult who placed it. A published Sk8erz commerce contact address is still an owner decision, so none is stated here; use the order confirmation from the storefront in the meantime.

- A published commerce contact address for order and return support.
- Whether Sk8erz states its own return window in addition to the storefront's process.
- Whether made-to-order or personalised items will be excluded from returns.
- Consumer-law jurisdictions and any required statutory cancellation wording (counsel).
