Plain-language notice — describes how Sk8erz works today.
This page is written to match the site as it actually operates, and is kept updated as the site changes. It is not legal advice, has not been reviewed by an attorney, and makes no certification or compliance claim. Anything not yet decided is listed openly at the bottom of the page rather than stated as if it were settled.
Sk8erz Library Shop is the retailer you buy from. These terms explain what can be bought today, what cannot, and how payment is handled.
Who you buy from
Sk8erz Library Shop is the customer-facing retailer and sets retail pricing. Production and fulfillment partners work behind Sk8erz. Sk8erz is not an affiliate or referral shop for another store.
How payment is handled
Sk8erz merch will be sold on the Sk8erz-owned hosted storefront at https://sk8erz-library-shop.fourthwall.com. That storefront is not open to the public yet, so no merch is purchasable today. When it opens it processes payment, tax and shipping on Sk8erz's behalf, and its own checkout terms and privacy notice apply at the point of purchase. Sk8erz never collects, transmits or stores card details on this website. Order confirmations and shipping messages for those purchases come from that storefront.
There is no card payment inside sk8erzlibrary.com. The in-site cart is stored only in your own browser, and no internal checkout is active.
Purchasing is adult-only
Purchasing is for adults (18+) only. Children cannot buy anything, there is no child wallet, no child spending, and no purchasing inside a quest. A Card Code is decorative and never authorizes a purchase or any other action.
Buying never buys access or placement
Membership in Sk8erz Library is free and costs $0. There is no subscription, tier, paywall or purchase-to-unlock mechanic. Buying something never unlocks quests, badges, Runes, Worlds or features, and never influences whether a child's artwork is accepted or placed on the Art Wall. Moderation decisions are independent of purchases.
Boards
Board Shop items are not orderable yet. Custom Sk8erz board availability is being prepared, and no manufacturing, minimum-order, turnaround, warranty, shipping or cost terms are claimed. Sk8erz will never send you to a manufacturer to buy a board; when boards open, they will be sold by Sk8erz.
Demo entries and product information
Any item marked as a demo entry is not for sale, cannot be added to a cart, and is not an offer. Prices, availability, shipping destinations and delivery times for real items are those shown on the Sk8erz storefront at the time of purchase, not any figure shown here.
Artist Boards
Artist Boards and any artist compensation, revenue-share or artwork-licensing programme are switched off. No percentages, payouts or artist rights are offered or implied, and no child's artwork is sold or printed on a product.
Owner decisions still required
- Selling entity name, business address and consumer-law jurisdictions (counsel).
- Whether an in-site payment processor is ever added, or hosted checkout remains the only route.
- Whether Sk8Factory blind/direct-to-customer board fulfilment is verified before boards open.
- A published commerce contact address for order support.
- Whether Artist Boards will ever exist and on what terms — nothing is promised now.
